We provide professional home maintenance and housekeeping services inside residential apartments.
Specific services include (but are not limited to) cleaning, plumbing, electrical, AC maintenance, and
general repairs.

2. Booking and Payment

 

• All bookings must be made through our website or authorized channels.

• Full or partial payment may be required in advance to confirm a booking.

• Payments are processed securely via our third-party payment gateway.

• Prices are inclusive of service charges and applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will be eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.

• Services are limited to residential apartments.

• We reserve the right to refuse service for unsafe or unsanitary conditions.

• Service scope must be clearly communicated at the time of booking; any additional work may be subject to extra charges.

• While we take utmost care, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages during service delivery.

• Customers are responsible for securing valuables and providing safe access to the premises.
